Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Bamboostan.com, operated by Machau Bamboo Products Private Limited. For the purposes of this Policy, "Business Days" refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays declared by the Government of India.

1. Return window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Return eligibility

We offer free returns on all eligible products. To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Have all tags, labels, accessories, and protective covers intact

3. Return shipping

We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you, once the return request is approved.

4. Non-returnable items

The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Innerwear / intimate wear
• Socks
• Any product marked "Non-Returnable" on its product page

5. Partial returns and offer adjustments

If you return only part of your order, we may recalculate any promotional benefits originally applied, including discounts, bundle pricing, coupon benefits, free gifts, and free shipping. If the retained order value falls below ₹300, the original shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

6. Free gifts and promotional items

Any free gift or promotional item included with your order must also be returned unused. If not returned, its full MRP will be deducted from your refund.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method only. Timelines depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You may return the eligible product and place a fresh order for the required item.

9. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video proof. We will arrange a free pickup and process a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.

10. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number and registered contact details before the order is dispatched.

11. Damaged or tampered packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please report it within 48 hours.

12. Misuse of policy

We reserve the right to reject returns, block accounts, or restrict future orders in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or repeated policy violations.
